Open living room with fireplace overlooks the lush front yard and pool area. It is equipped with a New LG SMART TV 55" with YouTube TV, Netflix, and other applications. The Grand Master Bedroom has direct admittance to the pool area and offers a modern ensuite 3/4 bathroom with a king bed - Second generous bedroom with a full bath and a queen bed. Kitchen -open towards the living/ dining area - fully stocked and refurbished kitchen with a stainless steel farmer's sink, dishwasher, stainless steel refrigerator with an icemaker. We also are equipped with a coffeemaker, milk frother, blender, and microwave. Dining - table seating for six people and direct access to the covered porch area with pool and spa. Laundry - we have a new washer and dryer. Two car garage. Small portable baby crib.
